Seniors Scratch League: Match 2 vs Surrey: Report 

Following a stupendous victory at Knole Park only days before Sussex were chasing their second win of the season at the lovely Worthing Golf Club against Surrey. The course was in fine condition and the club were superb hosts. The team were back to full strength:

Karen Sykes - Worthing GC
Aileen Greenfield - Pyecombe GC
Clarissa Bushell - West Sussex GC
Paula Carver - Worthing GC
Katherine Russell - Royal Ashdown GC
Sara Whittaker  - Willingdon GC

Karen, Clarissa, Paula and Katherine flew the flag for Sussex with good wins all finishing before the 16th green. However, Aileen and Sara found their opposition a little more difficult. 

A final result of 4 - 2 and a second win for the seniors was another excellent result. The team travel away to Chigwell Golf Club In Essex on the 12th June for their next match.
