Sussex Seniors Friendly v Kent

Our final match v Kent was held on Wednesday 13 September at the Nevill GC.  It was a lovely day and thank you to David Wakeling, Secretary and Stuart Turner, Manager for making sure the event ran smoothly. We were well looked after by their friendly bar and catering staff with excellent food being provided after the match. Another close game going the way of Kent 2.5/1.5, again 3 of the matches going to 18th. 

Thanks to the team of Rosie Hockey & Sue Todd, Royal Ashdown GC, Amanda Hilton, Sara Young & Mary Bell, Crowborough GC,Clare Weller, Worthing GC, Alison Vans Agnew and Deborah James, Dyke GC.

I would like to thank all the ladies who participated in all the season’s matches which have been in in a friendly competitive manner.  Our new ladies thoroughly enjoyed their matches and recommend anyone who is over 50 years with maximum HCP 12.4 to consider playing in these matches in 2024.
