Welcome to the Sussex County Ladies Golf Association web site for the latest online events and news
Our goal is to "raise the profile and awareness" of the Association with a varied calendar of events throughout the year for all abilities of golf. To provide a comprehensive sporting environment for the Membership in which they may develop the game of golf to the highest possible standard. We aim to progress further with our communication within the Clubs of Sussex and encourage not only new golfers to the game, but in addition promote new and interesting County competitions for the benefit of existing Association Members.
The SCLGA would like all members of Sussex clubs to join in the County Card scheme, at the cost of only £6, and use this opportunity to enjoy playing new courses at reduced green fees, not only in Sussex but also other neighbouring counties, using the same reciprocal arrangement. These counties are Hampshire, Kent and Surrey. Applications to be made to the County Registrar, Mrs. Deborah James, telephone 01444 246765. In addition, the booklet contains Entry Forms for all County events held during the course of the year.
